EIT was developed on a Social Enterprise model with the core purpose of human capital development. The primary focus of EIT is to enable more young people get into employment, while intentionally increasing the number of women and other underserved populations in technology.

Project-Based Learning
EIT is committed to providing practical and industry-relevant training. Therefore, the program will incorporate a project-based learning approach. This approach will allow participants to apply their knowledge and skills to real-world projects, preparing them for future employment or entrepreneurship opportunities.
